At TjsPets, we take customer safety, website security, and data protection seriously. This page explains how to report safety concerns, suspicious activity, or security issues related to our store.
1) Product Safety & Responsible Use
Always follow the instructions provided on the product page, label, or packaging.
Choose the correct size/type for your pet.
Some products may include small parts or accessories. Please supervise pets during use, especially chewers.
If your pet shows irritation, allergy, or discomfort, stop using the product immediately and consult a qualified veterinary professional.
2) Website & Payment Security
Our checkout uses secure encryption (SSL/TLS) and trusted payment processing to help protect payment information.
We never ask for your full payment details by email or social media.
Keep your account safe by using a strong password and not sharing verification codes with anyone.
3) Privacy & Data Protection
We apply reasonable measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, misuse, or disclosure.
If a security incident affects customer data, we will take appropriate steps and notify impacted users where required.
4) Fraud Prevention & Suspicious Orders
To protect customers and prevent fraud:

We may cancel or hold orders that appear suspicious or contain inconsistent information.
If you believe an order was placed without your permission, contact us immediately.
5) Delivery Safety (Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels)
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with photos where available.
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, contact us promptly. We can guide you on next steps (carrier investigation, delivery checks, etc.).
6) How to Report Safety or Security Issues
If you notice:

phishing/scams pretending to be us,
suspicious activity on our website,
or a potential security vulnerability,
please contact us with the subject line: “Safety Issue” or “Security Issue” and include as much detail as possible (order number, screenshots, links, dates/time).
