Last updated: 19 February 2026
We respect intellectual property rights and expect the same from others. This page explains how to submit a copyright complaint (DMCA notice) and how to submit a counter-notice if you believe your content was removed by mistake.
1) Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorised agent) and believe content on our website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes:
Your full legal name and your role (copyright owner / authorised agent).
Your contact details (email, phone number, and postal address).
Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
The exact URL(s) on our site where the allegedly infringing content appears.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
Your physical or electronic signature.

2) Counter-Notice (If You Believe Removal Was a Mistake)
If your content was removed or disabled and you believe this was an error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice including:
Your name, address, phone number, and email.
The URL(s) of the content that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
Your consent to the appropriate legal jurisdiction as required.
Your physical or electronic signature.
We may forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. Content may be restored if the complainant does not take further legal action within the timeframe required by applicable law.
3) Repeat Infringers
We may suspend or terminate access for users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights, where appropriate.
4) False Claims
Submitting knowingly false or misleading claims may result in legal consequences. Please ensure all DMCA notices and counter-notices are accurate.
